The course is dedicated to cerebrovascular neurosurgeons who want to improve their microsurgical technical skills. It combines lectures with hands-on training. Attendees will be able to perform anastomosis using dry vessels and animal model (Rat-Cartoid arteries, Iliac arteries, Rat-Femoral bundle). The Live Surgery will take place within the workshop. EC-IC flow augmentation bypass and/or Carotid Micro endarterectomies will be performed. All with the live participation of famous neurosurgeons from all over the world.

International Plastic Surgery Flap Dissection Course - Brno, Czech Republic

This course has been designed to address the needs of the residents in plastic surgery wishing to learn flap dissection as well as more experienced plastic surgeons who wish to extend their repertoire of flap surgery. The course will be held at the University Centre for Surgical Anatomy using fresh-frozen cadaver specimens enhanced by an advanced technique of coloured silicone vascular injections emphasizing the vascular anatomy of the flaps and facilitating the dissection.
